In a not so distant and peaceful neighbourhood, an evil crime is being plotted. The night is quiet, people are asleep, and no one doubts a thing. The main suspect: the house cat. The target: the little house birds in the cage. What did they do to get on the cat's nerves? Who knows... the cat slips through the sleeping owner and gets closer and closer to the bird cage, ready to put his plan into action. He opens the cage door, but unexpectedly, the door squeaks! This wasn't in its plans! The birds wake up and storm out of the cage, tweeting and squaking as loud as they can, waking up the owner. What happens next, is the result of an (Im)Purrfect crime!

Purrfect Crime is a game designed to be played by a human player and a domestic cat! The human's goal is to capture the highest amount of birds as possible, bringing them safely back to their cage. On the other hand, the cat must hunt down and capture as many birds as possible.

This is a game meant to be played in several rounds of 2-3 minutes, and its target audience is for players 8+ years. This at least for the human players, the only requirement for the cats is for it to have an adventurous spirit. This game uses several technologies, such as a Floor projection, Microsoft Kinect (to detect the cat's position on the projection) and a Nintendo Wiimote (control input for the human).

Don't let the cat have an early dinner!
